We are looking for a confident and communication-driven individual who can engage with leads, understand their requirements, and convert conversations into qualified site visits.
Job description
Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up with leads provided by the company

Qualify prospects based on budget, timeline, and intent

Build strong conversations and understand buyer requirements

Explain Velatri’s projects, offerings, and investment opportunities

Conduct Google Meet calls with interested prospects when required

Coordinate with the closing team and schedule site visits
-
Maintain lead data and updates in CRM / tracking sheets
-
Support basic social media activities (posting, captions, coordination)
Who We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales / real estate sales

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory)

Marathi (Preferred)
-
Confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking with HNI / premium clients

Ability to build rapport and handle conversations independently

Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn / Instagram)

Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Note: While the role is open to all, candidates with strong communication skills and prior client-handling experience will be preferred.
Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 per month
