Location: Bavdhan, Pune

Villa Tree is a growing real estate company focused on premium second homes and luxury villa investments across key locations like Lonavala, Karjat, Mulshi, and beyond.

We are looking for a confident and communication-driven individual who can engage with leads, understand their requirements, and convert conversations into qualified site visits.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with leads provided by the company

  • Qualify prospects based on budget, timeline, and intent

  • Build strong conversations and understand buyer requirements

  • Explain Velatri’s projects, offerings, and investment opportunities

  • Conduct Google Meet calls with interested prospects when required

  • Coordinate with the closing team and schedule site visits

  • Maintain lead data and updates in CRM / tracking sheets

  • Support basic social media activities (posting, captions, coordination)

 

Who We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales / real estate sales

  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory)

  • Marathi (Preferred)

  • Confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking with HNI / premium clients

  • Ability to build rapport and handle conversations independently

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn / Instagram)

  • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset

Note: While the role is open to all, candidates with strong communication skills and prior client-handling experience will be preferred.

 

Compensation

  • Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 per month

  • Performance Incentives: Based on closures

 

Work Details

  • 6 Days Working

    • Monday to Friday: Work from Office (Pune)

    • Saturday: Work from Home

  • Immediate joiners preferred
