As a Video Editor at TechySharks, you’ll create short-form videos and ad creatives focused on performance, not just aesthetics. Speed, clarity, and iteration matter more than over-editing.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Edit reels and video ads for Meta platforms

  • Add hooks, captions, transitions, and pacing that drive attention

  • Use AI tools for visuals, motion, or enhancement

  • Repurpose long videos into short-form content

  • Work closely with the performance marketing team

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficiency in any one editing tool (Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects)

  • Basic Canva knowledge

  • Understanding of short-form content formats

  • Openness to feedback and fast revisions

 

AI & Learning

  • Willingness to use and learn AI video & image tools

  • Curiosity to improve speed and output quality
